Clients have very busy schedules. Their plans continually change. When a meeting goes longer or the party is extended, calling their service provider can be cumbersome. With a simple press of the Late button, clients can notify your company that they are running late. 

They can easily communicate to your staff to have their vehicle standby for a determined time or just standby.

No need for lengthy phone calls and interrupting what they are doing.

  READY FOR PICKUP

When a client is ready to go they simply press the Ready button. This function is great for airport arrivals and busy downtown locations.

Your dispatcher can immediately send the vehicle information to the client and notify the chauffeur.

Going into the My Reservations tab allows a client to check or cancel a reservation at any time.

Our clients travel plans continually change. Clients will receive an automatic reminder for their reservation 5 hours before their travel time. This allows enough time to make changes if required.

Clients can populate their profile with as many addresses as they require, making the booking process very simple.
